Design Consultation
Before we begin designing your dream landscape, we'll take the time to get to know you and your property and help you envision all of the possibilities. We'll collaborate closely to understand your style, needs and vision, so we can create a space that truly reflects your unique preferences. We’ll also discuss the project budget and timeline at this stage.Don't worry if you're unsure about your outdoor space — our experienced design team is here to help. Design Proposal
You’ll receive a complete design proposal detailing the scope of work, deliverables and accurate pricing for each service we’ll provide.

Site Analysis & Evaluation
The design production process officially begins with a detailed site analysis and evaluation. We’ll take measurements and gather all the details needed to finalize the design strategy. Together, we'll review the plan to ensure alignment before moving forward with development.

Design Development
Our expert designers will create a customized layout that seamlessly integrates each element into an exceptional, cohesive design. Utilizing progressive Computer Aided Design (CAD) & Three Dimensional (3D) Modeling Software, we’ll produce a detailed, photo-realistic rendering of your home’s landscape, hardscape, lighting and outdoor living features.Our landscape designers are experts on the unique Jersey Shore environment, ensuring the greenery, plant life, and materials we choose will thrive and create stunning visual contrast.

Design Presentation
This is an exciting stage of the process! We’ll walk you through the 3D rendering of your new space, allowing you to see every detail and experience its full beauty. Minor adjustments can be made at this point; however, significant changes may affect the overall project timeline and budget.

Estimate
You’ll receive a final, itemized estimate that details the full scope of work for your review.

Project Approval & Deposit
You’ll have the opportunity to review the final design and project budget, asking any questions before approving the plan. Upon approval, you'll receive a deposit invoice.

Scheduling
We’ll handle every detail from ordering materials to coordinating construction schedules so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Construction Begins!
