The homeowners had a brand new home to enjoy with their family each summer, but the yard wasn’t useful or inviting. They needed a space that enticed everyone outside so they could spend time together forging lasting memories.

Soak up the sunshine
A contemporary pool and spa (homeowner Scott’s favorite feature!) overlook the lagoon, creating a space where the family can relax and cool off during the summer’s heat while watching the watercraft pass by.
Hardwood decking
Lounge on the deck
Brazilian hardwood was used in the kitchen, jacuzzi, and decking to provide a natural ambiance to this waterfront home, making it look and feel like a high-end yacht club.
Turf & Game Area
Play all day
A basketball court in the drive and turf area for yard games (cornhole, anyone?) in the backyard keeps everyone outside enjoying the fresh air and sunshine.
